The terms of use listed below represent a legal agreement between you (herein referred to as “Client”) and Infinite Synergy Learning Systems Inc (FastLubeMarketing.com). (herein referred to as “The Company”).

I. Basic, Standard, Premium Software Packages Terms of Use

By using any of the websites designed by The Company, the Client agrees to abide by the following terms:

1. Unless negotiated in a separate agreement, the Client may only use 1 design per Setup Fee paid. If the Template User has multiple locations in separate cities it is highly recommended Client has separate websites for each. Contact Us for multiple site pricing…

2. The Company is the sole owner of the copyright of the designs and holds licenses to all images provided to the Client and Client may not claim any intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of The Company’s templates. The licenses for the images chosen can not be used on other websites or marketing materials without paying additional licensing fees.

3. The Client may not offer any of The Company’s designs, modified or not, for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent by The Company.

4. The Company does not guarantee that any specific results will be achieved by using its services. No piece of advice or information, written or oral, given by The Company’s employee, owner or agent, can be viewed as a warranty of any kind. In no event shall The Company be held liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or the inability to use our templates.

5. The Company will make its best effort to complete all websites in 12 days or less.

6. The initial monthly fee will be charged to the Client once their website is completed, and they will be billed every 30 days thereafter according to their package price.

7. Upon purchase of any package, the Client locks in their monthly fee, and the Company agrees to never raise the monthly subscription price on any package as it was sold. With only one exception, if Client decides to utilize extra optional services that were not included in their initial package price, their monthly subscription price can go up.

8. (Standard Only) If no Custom Image is sent with design choices One temporary image place holder will be used for the site launch, if this image is not identified by Client it will be chosen at random by The Company. The Custom Picture is due within 2 months of the order. If images are not received within the 2 months an extra fee of $20 per image will be incurred to insert them into website.

9. (Premium Only) If no Custom Images are sent with design choices (6) temporary image place holders will be used for the site launch, if these images are not identified by the Client, they will be chosen at random by The Company. The Custom Pictures are due within 2 months of the order. If images are not received within the 2 months an extra fee of $20 per image will be incurred to insert them into website.

II. Change of Terms of Use

The Company reserves the right to make additions & modifications to the above mentioned terms of use at any time. Such changes will become effective and binding after they’ve been posted on the Company’s website. All Clients will be notified via their e-mail address The Company has on file in the event that any changes are made.
